Løsgænger releases a single that explores the fragility of love
Løsgænger’s new single, “Falder Du” (When You Fall), is about intense an intense crush and the feeling of symbiosis that lifts you up and makes life bigger and more meaningful. But it’s also about the fragility that arises when you surrender yourself to another person – about everything you stand to gain or lose.
The song is the latest addition to Løsgænger’s upcoming debut album, set for release in late February 2025. Through introspective lyrics and honest reflections, Løsgænger delves into the joys and sorrows of life as experienced in his early 30s. The album reflects a generation navigating the transition from youthful dreams to the challenges of adulthood, where questions of identity, love, and doubt are ever-present in daily life.
About the song, Nicolai Noa, the man behind Løsgænger, states:
“With Falder Du, I want to celebrate the fragility of love. I want to honor the courage it takes to open yourself up to the world and to others, fully aware of the great risks that come with devotion. This courage shouldn’t be limited to romantic relationships. It’s a courage I also aspire to show towards my friends and colleagues, my siblings and parents. And not least, towards myself and all the voices, memories, and versions of myself that still reside within me.”
In January, Løsgænger will support Nymalet at two shows at Hotel Cecil, and on March 1st, he will host a release concert at Musikcaféen in Huset, Magstræde.
