Nikolaj GRANDJEAN

N*GrandJean mixes pop with afrobeat into a unique kind of laid back singer-songwriter style which reflects Nikolaj Grandjean as a playful and curious person wanting to move borders.

Danish Nikolaj Grandjean has a musical past in the  grammy nominated band Luke where Nikolaj began his musical career. He has also written songs for various Top 10 Danish artists such as Kenneth Bager, Thomas Troelsen and Marie Frank.

During recording with Luke on a mountainside in Brazil, Grandjean became quite handy with recording devices and with his close friend, the opera singer Mikkel Lomborg, by his side, Grandjean decided to start recording his own material. This partnership defined a radical change in Nikolaj Grandjean’s life and career.
